Patricia Mefford
Patricia Mefford, Northwest Region
Patty is the Director of the Livingston County Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) which provides volunteer opportunities for persons age 55 and older. Her expertise with volunteers has made her an important resource for staff when it comes to ideas on how to train and motivate the more than 1,100 volunteers who serve OATS throughout the state. Patty has served on the local OATS County Support Committee since 1995 and was elected to the Board in 2001. She served on the OATS committee that planned the 35th Anniversary Celebration held in 2006.
