Scott Kosky
Scott has been in charge of all phases of service provision in the Southwest Region since April 15, 1986. Scott has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce from St. Louis University and has completed nine hours of graduate work in Business Administration there. Scott 's prior work experience includes ten years in managerial positions with Firestone Tire and Rubber Company, five years in banking management, and one year as a program director with the Ozarks National Council on Alcoholism. With his background in auto parts and mechanics, he is looked to by the other regional directors for advice and leadership on mechanical issues involving OATS’ fleet and has an active role in developing our preventive maintenance programs. Scott is a National Safety Council Defensive Driving Course Instructor and a Certified Community Transit Manager (CCTM).
