Tracy Walkup
Tracy had nine years experience in city administration and economic development, prior to starting with OATS in March of 2005. She earned a BS in Business Management and International Business with a minor in Economics from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, MO and her MBA at William Woods University. Tracy began working for OATS in the accounting department at the Home Office in Columbia as General Accounting Supervisor. She was promoted to Midwest Regional Director on September 10, 2007. Tracy loves serving the public, which is what led her to city administration and then to OATS, and says she “is excited about the opportunity to continue to serve the clients of OATS at now an even closer level.” She is also a Certified Community Transit Manager (CCTM).
