OATS is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who meet at the Home Office in Columbia six times each year. In 2013, meetings are scheduled for January 22, March 26, May 28, July 23, September 24 and December 3. All meetings are open to the public. Contact the Home Office for times and to confirm dates.
