Board of Directors

OATS is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who meet at the Home Office in Columbia six times each year.  In 2012, meetings are scheduled for January 24, March 27, May 29, July 24, September 25 and November 27. All meetings are open to the public.  Contact the Home Office for times and to confirm dates.
