Richard Keezer, Appointed Member – Vice President
Since his retirement in 1991, Dick has devoted his spare time volunteering for a variety of organizations. He began serving on the OATS Board in1991 and serves on the local Newton County OATS Support Committee. In addition to OATS, he also volunteers time at nursing homes and senior centers. He is very active in Newton County and Neosho community projects devoted to conserving history. He does video projects for the local schools and Crowder College as well as the Newton County Thomas Hart Benton Murals project. In addition to all his volunteer activities, Dick is owner of IPB Video Productions and has used his expertise in media to help OATS on many occasions. He says, "I believe in the OATS transit program and proud to be vice president of the board."
