Richard King, East Region

Rich has served on the OATS Board since 1998. As a retired Union Business Representative, his expertise in personnel, compensation and benefits has been of great help to the Board when developing policies for its employees. OATS is just one of many worthwhile causes he is actively involved in. He and his wife Marilyn have gone south the past two years to help build homes for hurricane victims. He also serves on the 3rd Congressional District Senior Advisory Committee as Chairman.
