It was 20 years ago this month when Pat Stanley began working for OATS. “Looking back at all the changes made over the years is amazing,” she recalls.

Pat started out as an OATS driver and has worked in almost every capacity, managing FCTC, Inc. since 1994. When asked what she enjoys about OATS, Pat explained, “Every day is a learning experience and meeting and talking to different people. Most of the people are so grateful for OATS being available for them. I truly don’t know what a lot of people would do without OATS.”

Pam Knox, East Regional Director said of Pat, “She oversees our contract with the Franklin County Transportation Council (FCTC) and our OATS operation in Franklin County. Pat has always been a very dependable employee.”

Pat Stanley and OATS, Inc. have been a great fit for two full decades, serving the people of the East Region and they look forward to many more productive and enjoyable years to come.

“OATS has been a fantastic place to work and I always tell everyone I love my job, and that is the truth! From starting out as a driver for the first three years, to managing FCTC for the past 17 years, it has been a rewarding experience and I wouldn’t trade it for anything,” Pat concluded.
