Beth has been employed by OATS since April of 1993, serving as the Northwest Area Coordinator from her date of hire until April of 2009, when she was promoted to the position of Area Manager. In November 2009 she was named interim Regional Director and promoted to the position In July of 2010. She oversees all phases of operation in her 18-county region and the care and maintenance of a new facility in St. Joseph which houses office space, a maintenance bay, bus wash and covered parking for the local OATS fleet.
