Cyndi was hired by OATS on August 24, 1998, as Assistant Comptroller and just three short months later was promoted to Comptroller (title was changed to Finance Director in 1999) November 1, 1998. As Finance Director of OATS, Cyndi oversees the finance department including direct supervision of two management and five support staff members; overseeing an over $20 million budget; preparing for the annual audit; monitoring daily cash flow; and all other phases of OATS’ financial operations . Before joining the OATS team, Cyndi was Controller for the Missouri Development Board from May 1996 to July 1997 and was Controller of the Jefferson City Chamber of Commerce before that. She holds a M.B.A in Business Administration and a B.S. in Accounting. She is also a Certified Community Transit Manager (CCTM).
