Jack has been in charge of all phases of service provision in the Mid MO Region since March 10, 1997. Prior to coming to work for OATS, Jack had over eighteen years of management experience in various areas of retail and food service operations, including ten years as an Area Manager for a national restaurant, overseeing operations for ten of their restaurants. Jack holds a B.A. from the University of Missouri in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Community Transit Manager (CCTM). In addition to overseeing daily operations in his 15-county region, he also manages the OATS facility in Columbia, including the maintenance and mechanic shop.
