Pam was hired at OATS as a Project Manager in June 2003 to oversee management of several large contracts OATS acquired with the closure of a transportation provider in St. Louis for which she worked as the Business Office and Dispatch Center supervisor for nearly 10 years. When that company closed in 2003, several of their funders contacted OATS to see if we could fill the void created. When the East Regional Director position became vacant in 2006, she was an obvious candidate with her years of experience in the transportation field. Although the smallest region in terms of the number of counties, it is the largest in terms of budget, number of drivers and fleet size. In addition to the daily OATS operations, Pam also oversees several of OATS’ largest contracts, including contracts we have with the Productive Living Board, TMA/ DMH-Metro and with Jefferson County Developmental Disabilities Resource Board. Pam is also a Certified Community Transit Manager (CCTM).
