Sara has been with OATS since September 12, 2005. She brought to OATS 20 years of experience in Human Resources most recently as the Director of Human Resources at a hospital in Nevada, MO where she was also responsible for the transportation department. Sara oversees a 4-county region with a staff of 57 employees and a fleet of 60 vehicles. She provides a wide variety of service, including several sheltered workshops, senior centers and services under a contract with the Mid-America Regional Council.
She is also a Certified Community Transit Manager (CCTM).
