New Board Members Sworn In
Two new members have recently been appointed to the OATS Transit Board of Directors. OATS Transit has been governed by a volunteer Board of Directors since the company started in 1971. The Board is made up of twelve members from across the state of Missouri.
Darleen Rapp (left) was sworn into office on January 23, 2018, and Rachel Baskerville (right) was sworn in on March 27, 2018. Ms. Rapp is a retired school teacher from the Mehlville School District where she taught 6th grade English and Literature. Ms. Baskerville is currently employed by the Camden County Developmental Disability Resources as a Community Resource Specialist. Ms. Baskerville is also on the Governor’s Steering Committee to help plan the Missouri Youth Leadership Forum, serves on the Independent Living Resources Center Board, and various other community affiliations. The OATS Transit Board of Directors meet six times per year in Columbia.
