Cass County 

OATS Transit is available to anyone regardless of age, income,

disability, race, gender, religion, or national origin.

Listed below is the transportation schedule for Cass County.

City of Belton:

City of Belton Residents In-Town Service:

  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday each month

  • 4th Wednesday is in-town Belton, or from Belton to Grandview, Harrisonville, or Raymore for medical only.

  • Fares for the City of Belton service are $1.50/stop.

Service to Belton Senior Center:

  • Tuesday & Friday only

  • Pickup time: 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

  • Return time: 12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

 

City of Belton service is open to Seniors 60+ or individuals with disabilities

City of Raymore:

City of Raymore:    3rd Wednesday of each month

Medical/Dental Appointments:  3rd Thursday each month up to 20 miles from Raymore jurisdictional boundaries

(Raymore service is open to Seniors 60+ or individuals with disabilities)

​Pleasant Hill Service:

To Lee’s Summit:  1st Tuesday of each month

To Blue Springs:  3rd Tuesday of each month

Pleasant Hill In-Town:  Every Thursday and 2nd and 4th Friday of each month

(Pleasant Hill service open to Seniors 60+ or individuals with disabilities)

To Casco Area Workshop Routes:

East Cass County Route - Pleasant Hill, Holden, Garden City, Creighton & Dayton to Casco Workshop

​Belton Routes 1 & 2 -  Belton, Raymore & Peculiar to Casco Workshop

​South Cass County Route - Harrisonville, Westline, Lake Annette & Archie to Casco Workshop

Pickup and return times are the same on all four routes.

  • Pickup time: 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

  • Return time: 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Drivers no longer accept payment from riders on the bus. Riders can add funds to their account before riding and each time they ride the fare will be withdrawn.  When calling to add funds to your account a minimum amount of $10.00 is required. You can send a personal check, money order, or cashier’s check to the OATS Transit office if you do not want to pay by credit/debit card
