OATS Transit operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, and national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. 

 

Any person who believes he or she, individually, or as a member of any specific class of person, has been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color or national origin, may file a written complaint with:

Accessibility

In compliance with the Missouri Department of Transportation and the Federal Transit Administration, OATS, Inc. has developed a ADA Complaint Form and Procedures. This Policy provides for reasonable modifications/accommodations to practices and procedures to avoid discrimination and ensure that programs are accessible to individuals with disabilities.  For the ADA Complaint Form & Procedures click here.

 

Passengers with disabilities may request modifications to current service procedures to access the service. Please submit requests at least the day before the trip. To make a request, please call us at 1-888-875-6287 or email us at jstedem@oatstransit.org.
