OATS Transit is available to anyone regardless of age, income, disability, race, gender, religion, or national origin.

Calls can be made Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. for same day and next day reservations; all other reservations between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Foley, Moscow Mills, Old Monroe, Winfield: 1st Tuesday each month
Hawk Point, Troy, Truxton: Thursdays each month

Seniors 60+ and Individuals with disabilities 18-59 riding under the AAA contract do not have a set fare but are asked to contribute a minimum amount for their rides.

Monday – Friday | 6:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Transportation within Lincoln County. Fare is $2 per stop.

Wednesdays & Fridays - Transportation to Pike, Montgomery, Warren, St. Charles and St. Louis Counties and St. Louis City for medical appointments only - Fare is $10.00 round trip.
