Carolyn Toney Celebrates 35 Years with OATS Transit

(St Joseph, Missouri, September 10, 2026) Carolyn Toney of Gallatin, MO is being honored by OATS Transit for 35 years of service with the company on September 30, 2026. OATS Transit is a nonprofit company that serves much of the state of Missouri providing rural transportation.

Carolyn started as a driver for the company in September 1991. Currently she is a driver in Daviess, Dekalb, Caldwell and Clinton Counties ensuring riders have access to community resources.  

Carolyn said, “I am so blessed to have 35 years of great memories with so many special riders." Northwest Regional Director Beth Langley added “Carolyn is a joy to work with and takes amazingly great care of her riders. She is the epitome of a kind, caring and compassionate individual that takes pride in doing a good job, and getting people where they need to be.”
