After 20 years of working with OATS, the couple still can’t get enough of the job. “We like meeting the people. We like helping people,” says Norman. For Norman and Frances, what they like hasn’t changed for over 20 years, even while the paper work, rules and regulations, training and Medicaid have. Frances agrees, “What matters is just being with old friends everyday.”
