(Columbia, Missouri, March 27, 2024) – OATS, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Rene Frazier to its team of Regional Directors effective March 31, 2024. Frazier has been hired as the new Southwest Missouri Regional Director in Springfield where she will oversee day-to-day transportation operations in 17 counties. Frazier will be replacing Jeff Robinson who will be retiring on April 10, 2024.
Frazier has been with OATS Transit since April 2018 when she started as Operations Manager in Southwest Missouri. “We’re excited to have Rene move up to the role of Director. Her management experience with OATS Transit, as well as the previous 22 years with another local agency, will be a tremendous asset in the Regional Director role,” said Dorothy Yeager, OATS Transit Executive Director. OATS Transit Southwest Region currently consists of 3 operations managers, 11 staff, and 87 drivers.
Jeff Robinson announced his retirement last fall and will become effective on April 10, 2024. Robinson spent 16 years with OATS Transit. He came to OATS Transit after serving in the U.S. Air Force for more than 27 years.
