(Columbia, Missouri, September 17, 2021) – OATS, Inc., a Missouri non-profit organization, is pleased to receive a grant from the Community Foundation Serving West Central Illinois & Northeast Missouri. The Community Foundation presented OATS, Inc. with a check in the amount of $7,500. These funds will be used toward the purchase of a new vehicle for Lewis County to help residents access community resources and live independently.
“We are truly grateful to the Community Foundation Serving West Central Illinois & Northeast Missouri during this challenging time due to the pandemic,” said Sheree Webb, NE Missouri Regional Director of OATS Transit. “OATS Transit provides an invaluable service to Lewis County residents to help them live independently,” Webb added.
